Solid Waste Management Department
To provide our community with trash pick-up service along with large item pick up and continue to clean up any illegal dumpsites within the Acoma reservation. To keep our Pueblo free of trash, to keep our roadsides free of litter and to keep our waters clean of contaminants.
The Pueblo of Acoma Solid Waste Management has implemented an environmentally safe solid waste collection and disposal system for the community.
Residential services will be an option that each tribal member will accept or refuse. Please be advised that any member that refuses will sign a waiver and be responsible for properly disposing their solid waste. Trash services began October 21, 2002.

The Pueblo of Acoma Solid Waste Management has an environmentally safe solid waste collection and disposal system for Acoma tribal residents.
Residential trash pick up services began October 21, 2002. Please be advised that any tribal resident that refuses services will be responsible for properly disposing their solid waste off the reservation.
Utility and Solid Waste Services Tariff
The purpose of the tariff is to define customer services and obligations related to the provisions of utilities and solid waste services and to establish the fee schedule for receipt of such services within the Pueblo of Acoma.
