• Must be an enrolled Acoma tribal member.
• Must NOT be a recipient of full coverage for educational expenses (i.e. Gates Millennium Sholarship, Daniels Scholarship, etc.).
• Prior recipients of the Community Endeavors Scholarship or Opportunities Fund must fulfill all recipient requirements.

Scholarship Application Requirements

• Freshman College Student

  1.  A complete application,
  2.  Proof of Acoma Enrollment (CIB),
  3.  A letter of recommendation,
  4.  A letter of acceptance from an educational institution,
  5.  An unofficial transcript, or grades, documenting a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher,
  6.  A minimum 300-word essay explaining your education and career goals and how you plan to contribute to the future development of the Pueblo of Acoma.

• Returning College Students

  1.  A complete application,
  2.  Proof of Acoma Enrollment (CIB),
  3.  A letter of recommendation,
  4.  An unofficial transcript, or grades, documenting a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher,
  5.  A minimum 300-word essay explaining your education and career goals and how you plan to contribute to the future development of the Pueblo of Acoma.  For prior recipients, essays must contain updated information and whether you are still in the same pursuit of career or educational goals.  A previously submitted essay will not be accepted.
