TERO Information and Forms
Contractors, subcontractors, and entities conducting business within the Pueblo of Acoma jurisdiction are responsible for complying with all applicable requirements of the Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). This includes the completion and submission of required documentation such as the TERO Compliance Agreement, TERO Contractor Consent Form, and TERO Compliance Fee Submittal Form, as applicable.
Parties seeking clarification regarding TERO requirements, compliance procedures, or the completion and submission of TERO forms are encouraged to contact the TERO Office for assistance.
