Acoma Fitness Center Mission Statement
"To enhance the quality of life in the communities we serve through our fitness philosophy, facilities, programs, and to instill, in the lives of people everywhere, the value of health and fitness."
Healthy Physical Activity
• Be physically active at least 30 minutes or more everyday, (At least 1 hour for children)
• Develop enjoyable lifetime fitness activities.
• Always check with your doctor before starting any fitness regimen.
• Start slowly if you have not been active
• Always wear comfortable shoes, socks and active wear.
Remember you're not alone - You, Your Doctor, and the Diabetes Team are there to assist in the management of your well-being.

Zumba Fitness
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Open Gym - Begins November 28th
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
