Community Health Representative (CHR) Program

CHR Program was initiated by IHS in 1968, it is a unique concept for providing services in health care, health promotion and disease prevention services.  Our paraprofessional health care providers, are currently familiar with our dialects & unique culture and social aspects of our community.
